Info: Footage has emerged of a self-immolation on April 15 of a Tibetan man, father of three Wangchuk Tseten. He was from Kardze Prefecture. A video circulating online shows police spraying fire extinguishers on a blackened, smoky body lying on the ground. It is not known if Wangchuk Tseten is still alive, although it is believed to be unlikely.
