Info: A monk, named as Tsering Gyal by various sources from the area speaking to Tibetans in exile, set fire to himself in Pema county in Golok Tibetan Autonomous Prefecture, Qinghai. He was taken to a hospital nearby after police extinguished the flames and it is not known if he is still alive.
